How I work

Lightweight, research-informed process that fits real constraints and timelines.

1. Understand the system

I map users, constraints, and edge cases early. For complex flows (airlines, hotels, gov services), this often means diagrams and quick stakeholder interviews.

2. Explore options, fast

I sketch flows and wireframes, then move into Figma prototypes to test with real tasks. I keep dev feasibility in mind from the first iteration.

3. Shipable UI, not just dribbles

I document decisions, define reusable components, and hand off in a way that helps engineers build confidently and accessibility is not an afterthought.
